Honestly you sound like the one who was behaving wierdly. The situation you describe is not out of the ordinary at all, it happens just like it does in the West. Normal for a beer to foam after you've opened it, especially when you've been walking with them. Normal for a one night stand to want to drink and have fun. You refusing to drink is not fun. Sneaking to the sink and pouring your beer in it is wierd and not fun. I would expect her to be nervous, she's afraid you're a psychopath.
