sorry didn't see about richo from the stix. Will have him give Richo a call

The Chiangmai Apple dealer has always been helpful if I have a problem.

Their main store in in Sirimankalajarn across from soi 1 or thereabouts.

Other stores are at Airport Plaza, 3rd floor and KSK ground floor inside the building across from Starbucks, though these two are mainly sales outlets.

Don't recognize/can't find Sirimankalajarn. Which side of the city are talking about? What great landmark is close...... see I'm getting more Thai every day

thanks

Gonzo

MacZone does repairs ....

Heading from Kad Suan Kaew towards Nimanheyman go to the traffic light for the road between KSK and Niman and turn left. The shop is about 50 meters in on the right. (going up Suthep you turn right just before the neuropsychiatric hospital? ---- proceed until you are almost at Huay Kaew and it is on your left just before the light.

There is plenty of parking behind the row of shophouses.

No thanks needed (and no debt incurred ;) ) I need to get my Imac into MacZone and get the LCD replaced and was just thinking about going when I saw this thread.

I know what you mean. I was driving with a Thai friend sitting next to me. His English is actually pretty good. We passed a sign I couldn't read and I pointed and said to him: "quick! what that sign speak"

Two seconds of silence then we both burst out laughing.

Looks like JD's already given clear directions. Dammit, that free coffee, albeit a small one, shoulda been mine!

Oh, you should know this branch is closed on public holidays.
