A PERVERT aged 71 who was convicted of a sex act on a horse has been hauled back into court - after he was caught stroking ponies.

Ex-farmworker David Walter Chamberlin was arrested for breaching a court order that bans him from going within five metres of a horse.

It was imposed in November after he admitted leading a horse into some bushes and performing a "lewd act".

Witnesses saw him approach the tethered ponies six times on waste ground in Middlesbrough, Teesside Magistrates' Court heard.

The hearing was adjourned for medical reports after Chamberlin admitted breaching the order. Judge Kristina Harrison said: "I want to know why you are behaving in this manner."
