The best way i usually take is go to the bus terminal and get the bus to the southern terminal(127 baht i think) in bangkok then get a taxi(around 100-120 baht)

Of note: This is the 3rd, and least used, of the bus services from Pattaya to Bangkok, and service is rather sporadic. The departure times from Pattaya are arranged to avoid having to cross Bangkok (to its west side, where the Southern Bus Terminal is located)during rush hours. So, departures begin about 8:00 a.m., then cease at about 1:00 p.m. until about 4:00 p.m.
