JamesCarter
Hi all I have a non-immigrant 'O' visa, due to expire 14 October. On entry into Thailand earlier this month following a trip out of the country, the immigration official gave me a stamp which says "admitted until 10 Dec" - 90 days after date of entry. So which date counts? Can I just turn up at the airport before 10 December to leave, or will I risk imprisonment by not sticking to the 14 October date? Many thanks in advance for all those sensible folks who help here! I'm sure it's not just me in this situation... And if this is covered by another thread - apologies - please point me the right way. Lite Beer
Your Visa expires on 14th October. Your permision to stay expires on 10th December. This is the date that counts and the date you must leave by.

steve187
You could use that visa on the 13th October say, and obtain another 90 day entry stamp, which would allow you to remain here about the 10th January ish.
