Anybody knows where in bangkok has a photo studio capable of meeting the new photo requirements for the canadian permanent resident card.

specifically be on photographic paper that has a backing which accepts and retains the date and have the date the photo was taken printed directly on the back??

Don't you have be in Canada to apply for a PRC ?

Perhaps this is an obvious answer, but have you checked if the Canadian embassy can recommend photographers as they do translators?

We took the requirements to any photo shop in Thailand for my husband's TRVs but we did get his PRV pics in Canada and the photo shop knew the requirements.
