Is Jomtien Immigration Office Open On Saturdays?

Hi guys,

need to extend my tourist visa (expire 2 nd oct) at immigration in jomtien,so is jomtien immigration office open on saturdays,or i have to go there tomorrow(friday) before the weekend?

if i go there tomorrow..will the start count the days from tomorrow or they start count from 2 nd october,thats the day when the visa expires..

Go Friday - the count will start on day 2 if that is your permitted to stay until date.

I seem to recall that if they open on Saturdays it is only for 90 day reporting and something else fairly simple. Sorry, I can't be clearer on this but I am pretty sure that they do not do extensions on Saturdays. No doubt someone else will add more detail. You really ought to go Friday to be sure.

Is closed, but if your visa expire on saturday or sunday you can extend on monday whitout problem.

I had same problem before, is the only good things from immigration for us.
