What is the average price of a treatment?

Have some serious Planter Fasciitis.

Where is it? Is there a medical doctor, like a true podiatrist?

The best treatment for Planter Fasciitis is rest. It started in Mar 2010 and with mostly rest and treatment of ice and heat. I was finally back to running/walking by Mar 2011. In the past I've had Planter Fasciitis twice and each time it took 2 to 3 years for it to heal. I think that was mainly because I was working full time and on my feet all day. Now being retired it was easier to rest my foot.
