Hotel / Bed and Breakfast With immediate family With distant friends With friends Other Also, do I then answer YES to this question? Do you have any friends or family in the UK? Yes / No If so would I declare myself as a friend? If so can I put my relationship as Unmarried Partner? HELP, Please!!!!! Edited October 4, 201015 yr by brian272727
October 4, 201015 yr Tell it how it is. She is your girlfriend and she is staying with you. You will have to prove where you both will be staying and have sufficient funds etc ...also that she will have no recourse to public funds.
October 4, 201015 yr Indeed, put whatever is the truth. To be classed as unmarried partners the two of you need to have been living together in a relationship akin to marriage for at least the last two years.
October 5, 201015 yr Author Indeed, put whatever is the truth. To be classed as unmarried partners the two of you need to have been living together in a relationship akin to marriage for at least the last two years. There is no provision to state this though. So will I put "other", obviously we have elaborated in our repective accompanying letters. This seem reasonable???
October 5, 201015 yr In answer to where she will be staying, if with you then say so; i.e. with friends, or with my boyfriend if you prefer. Does she have any friends or family in the UK? Yes, you. Assuming that you live in the UK yourself, that is.
