News_Editor Posted October 6, 2010 Share Posted October 6, 2010 Four die when buses collide in northwest China 2010-10-06 22:57:49 GMT+7 (ICT) LANZHOU, CHINA (BNO NEWS) -- Four people were killed and several others were injured when two buses collided in northwest China on late Wednesday afternoon, state-run media reported. The state-run Xinhua news agency reported that the accident happened around 4 p.m. local time on a provincial road in the Wudu District in Longnan City, located in northwest China's Gansu province. Xinhua, citing police, said the accident involved a coach carrying 18 passengers and a minibus carrying eight passengers. Three passengers and the driver of the minibus were pronounced dead at the scene, while the four others inside the minibus were transported to area hospitals with unknown injuries.
