you might be able to find one at one of thsoe scout uniform supply shop , but i ask my wife she said but some cloth and make it yourself since is basic color , and she also add she ever got one from stationary shop .

Warorot Market almost certainly have them. Have a wander among the tight stalls in the northeast corner and say 'mii thong chad braathet Thai, mai', or similar.

Just about all Buddha Shops sell the Thai flag along with the royal flags. Also try the shop on Loi Khro in front of the Chiang Mai Entertainment Center (boxing) that sells flags.

I buy my Thai and Kings flag at a shop on Chiang Moi road across from Wororot mkt several doors East of the Bangkok Bank.

I display them in front of my home on all Thai holidays. It pleases my wife very much.
