Tomorrow Iam transferring the ownership book of my pickup from one farang name to another (the actual current owner over to me). He has all his docs sorted, passport/visa/residency cert etc etc etc. Do I need a residency cert, when I purchased my scooter my work permit was good enough to negate the need for the residency cert, does this apply to car ownership as well ??
