Creative Writer For Educational Project

I am compiling a collection of original biographies of artists as a learning resource, for future publication and require some help creating biographies of artists. This is rather a "cottage" project, but should easily provide a modest salary the right person!

The Role:

Working on your own initiative, from home or library, to contribute original biographies (circa 300- 400 words) on well known artists in history and up to the present day.

Each biography needs to:

- create a cogent time line of the "life and times" of the artist

- demonstrate an understanding of the artists' influences (with reference to other artists in pre/post history, as well as of the time, that influenced and were influenced by the artist)

- detail landmark works throughout their careers

- give an appreciation of the critical reviews of the artist's work from the work's creation to the present day

- be engaging and rich in fact and anecdote.

You will, ideally, already have an interest in the art world as well as a flair for creative writing.

Payment will be on a "per biography basis". Paid by weekly transfer.
