Nevertheless, the owner is prepared to tender the property for leasehold acquisition; this would include all buildings and land measuring approximately two rai (3,200 square metres), with a 20 year lease being offered. Monthly rent of 50,000 baht would then be applicable. The school has been constructed under Ministry of Education guidelines, and has been approved by the California Department of Education. Enrolments have already started and over 20 students have already been registered; enquiries are being received on a daily basis and much greater numbers are expected to sign up. A workforce consisting of 15 employees (11 of these are full time) has already been recruited, with salaries totalling 370,000 baht per month.
