Featured Replies

titlesums it up, have an ipod touch 2g which I believe has suffered minor water damage... but maybe the battery has just finished.. anyway anyone have any idea of where I could possibly get it looked at?

Banana IT are the Apple guys on the island. They have shops in Chawang near Tesco and in the Tesco Lamai mall. The guy in Lamai speaks pretty good English and have always sorted me out.

Banana IT is cack mate! i have apple products and when they need fixing i have to send them away or go to bkk because Banana IT only fix apple items bought from their shop! Mail apple singapore and they should be able to fix the problem or re-issue another ipod. Good luck

4th Floor, right side of Pantip Plaza is a top shelf Apple repair place.

There is a Apple dealer on the 3rd floor, right/small side,

and one floor up is the repair place. If yoiu have problems ask at the Apple store.

Warrenties are honored, and they are surprisingly fast.

2nded on Banana IT, the same same can't be arsed to help if

you didn't buy the same product from them, even if you've bought other stuff.

I have 3 Macs, and got two at Pantip, and repaired one on warranty there.

Didn't even have the card, they got it from the computer network.

I did NOT buy then from Banana IT exactly because of their

bad attitude as an Apple dealer. It's just not APPLE as I know it.

Crapple is more like it.

They lost well over 300,000 baht in sales because of their bad attitude.

same shop i goto in BKK ;) only place in BKK that had a macbook pro battery in stock
