The revious checklist address was http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply/vafsdocschecklist/ but that is now a broken link. the new address is http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply/vafs/vafsdocschecklist/ which does not link to a checklist at all but rather just a UKBA page listing some further links, none of which are actually a checklist as far as I can see.

I know this might be merely an oversight but the appointment letter clearly states that they want to see a completed checklist which they say we can download from their website.

Anyone got any ideas ? or just ignore it ?

That is the link on from the one I posted. It is a guide and certainly more comprehensive than what was previously put forward, but it is not a check list, where the required forms could be ticked off by the relevant official.

My guess is that it is a half arsed update which, as with many links, has not been fully tested and now no longer relates to the wording where the link is given.
