Company Description:

We are an American gold and silver jewelry production company registered in the state of Nevada and fully own our Thai factory through the Thailand-USA Treaty of Amity.

Thai offices are composed of 2 adjacent buildings (four stories and five stories) in the heart of Bangkok's gem and jewelry district on Suriwong Road approximately 250 meters from Silom's Jewelry Trade Center and Holliday Inn.

Job Description:

The production coordinator will work closely and report directly to the Production Director. He or she will ensure and improve communication between administrative and production department, manage flow of work, and set priorities in order to expedite production.

Major Responsibilities:

· Review production schedules and work orders; establish priorities

· Coordinate and schedule flow of work within production department according to deadlines

· Place orders for supplies and outsourcing of work

· Coordinate and schedule meetings between department representatives

· Confer with department supervisors and compile reports regarding progress of work

Candidate Specification:

· Ideal candidate will be self motivated with good communication skills and extremely organized

· Must be familiar with Microsoft softwares such as Word and Excel

· A Bachelors degree in a related field is desirable

· Must be a Thai National
