cdnvic
Thaivisa.com announces the aquisition of their own 747 to begin daily flights between Bangkok and Phuket, and Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Airfares will be done Thai style, with no set prices, and bargining done at the ticket counter. When asked if international flights were planned an unnamed Thaivisa official explained that two of the wing tanks were being used to store alcohol which will be pumped directly into the cabin through the tubes that previously fed oxygen masks which, let's face it, are rarely if ever used. When a reporter questioned the logic of this plan the official commented "Well, why the he11 did you think it was called the "port" wing? That one over there is called the Chang wing" He declined to answer further questions and returned to testing the "oxygen masks". -The Notion , August 5 2005

tso310
This looks too modern for my tastes. I highly recommend Imperieal Airways and their Handley Page HP42 service. A good tried and trusted British aircraft with an exempalary safety record. Plus with the added advantage of flying out of Croydon which isn't as crowded as Heathrow. http://www.imperial-airways.com/Handley_page_hp42.html
