i'm planning on motorbiking through lao, vietnam, and cambodia, thailand, malaysia and indonesia, on a 125cc moto.

any comments about legal matters, visas or any thing relavent.

Try Gt-Rider website, and you find more info. on travel in SE Asia. If you bike is resgister in your name, it wouldn't pose any problems as long as you have your proper visa, too, some countries like Malaysia, and Thailand you would have to buy additional insurance ( you can buy it at the border). But check with Gt-Rider website and you will find what you're looking for.
