Hot Water

Featured Replies

Hi Gang, I went to Power Buy service center and bought a WH-55, brend name Sharp hot water heater. On the wall type. Took it home and had a guy install it. This guy has install at least 60 hot water unit in his day. The unit would not work. I have one year training in electrics school. I checked it out myself. No power coming from the control unit. My guy took it off the wall and put it back in the box. Off I went to the store to exchange it. BUT NO!!!!!!!!!!!! Not in Thailand???????? The store POWER BUY SERVICE CENTER told me they have to send it to a Sharp service center to have it checked out. 3-7 days.If the unit dose not work Is that my problem. NO! Is it my problem that I have to pay a guy another 700bt to install yet another hot water unit. YES! Why not just give me a replacement unit (new)and let me take it home so the install guy (who was waiting for my return) could install the new one on the same dime? NO!! They have to make it as hard a possible. I was told on my return to the store with the bad unit in hand. Had I used there install teck. Cost 900bt. That he would have install the unit and made sure the unit worked. Or he would replace it with a new one that would work. Well the salesman never said a word about that. Is that my problem, NO!!! So, because a Sharp hot water heater would not work. Its going to cost me 1,400bt. Is that the way Sharp take care of customers? If so you guys need to buy another brand.
