i'm riding a '95 suzuki gsx-r1100 that badly need a proper engine service - it has after market race type (K&N) air filters and i suspect the jets haven't been modified to match.

suffering poor power all over particularly the top end where it is strangled.

i live in pak chong and there doesn't seem to be anyone local who can sort this out.

does anyone know a shop in the central area that can service and properly set up this bike for me?

Not set up right, right !! GSXR110 engine are bullet proof as they say, there must someone not far from you who could fix it, if you cannot do it yourself. Bangkok not that far from you.
