Is Loy Krathong celebrated in Pattaya as well? And on which days?

Where do people float? It seems tough to get a krathong to float out to sea and I don't know of any rivers or streams near Pattaya.

On Pattaya beach there are plenty of kids who will get in and push your Krathong out to sea (and nick the coins off it).:D

Edit- to answer your question - Loy Krathong falls on Sunday 21 November this year.
