In my understanding of law, this is premeditated (remorseless) thus constitutes an act of (future) murder. There have been trials, convictions and death penalties dished out for this. This guy is obviously very mentally disturbed thus should be terminated with extreme prejudice ASAP but wouldn't it be nice to leave him in a leper colony and allow them to infect him and offer him a slow decaying death in isolation - poetic justice.

Please elaborate on "Judgement belongs to God and the courts". I am confused. Where is this "God' in the justice system? Is he connected to a modern judiciary? Or does he work alone perhaps? If he does, then leave this maggot's punishment to a man in the sky? Anyway, I thought God's view on punishment was more in tune with the Old Testament, a view which you obviously disapprove of. I am especially confused at this. Maybe there's a date when "God" changed his kind about this and if so then maybe you can furnish us with such a date?

This bastard will not get more than 4 years prisontime and after 1,5 years he will go to therapy and after this enjoying his life on his retiremnet money....i saw this many time in prison while i did some time back when i was young(ganja ;-)).

I got caught with 1 kilo of ganja and got 2,5 years,the guy in the other cell <deleted>.... his OWN 3 children and got teh same time,but after 9 month he already went to therapy!

No democratic country (and Germany is a democratic model now) would want to have such legal sentence / punishment activities taken place in the country, the accused will of course be punished, but not animal style, and the same will apply in Thailand should the accused be extradited to be taken to court here.

To prevent such crimes on children, the Thai police in Pattaya should perhaps create a special supervisory division, with specially selected officers, being on duty in civil clothes, in order to penetrate this particular crime circle.

I can't see how civilian clothes may help when the perpetrators of such crimes rely on agents. They are not seen walking hand in hand to some Pattaya tourist hotel as some people seem to think. You won't be allowed into your room with anyone under 18 for a start.

Anyway, what seems to be forgotten here is that this guy was arrested by the Thai police, but it didn't seem to come to anything for whatever reason.
