He was very very lucky, that manhole cover thieving shit used to be rampant in Jomtien a couple of years ago, very dangerous especially in an unlit soi !

The scrap place i take all my recycleables to has had signs up for a couple of years now - No Water Meters, No Drain Cover, No Cable, dont know if they uphold that but good on them if they do !

Wow, thats dangerous. :annoyed:

Wow, no sh_it! What insight. Glad I was up late enough to get your perspective.

Since we are on the same page, any chance you can change that obnoxious avatar?

I usually scroll past your posts so I don't have to look at it out of the corner of my eye.

Tonight I was slower than usual, so lucky you.

Learn to use a computer! Press the esc key and moving avatars will stop moving.

And yes it is a very dangerous thing to do, but the thieve was probably to thick to realise he could kill somebody.

Few years ago, there was a manhole cover thief found in his car which had a few manhole covers in it. He had been shot dead. Manhole covers didn't go missing for a while after that, I wonder why?

I seem to remember a Baht Bus driver found shot dead in his Baht Bus in Jomtien with the back full of drain covers, i remember the pictures of the Baht Bus with the arse trailing on the ground it was so loaded up with the heavy covers !!!!!
