df358
I am on a yearly retirement visa and recently I brought a condo in Bangkok. I have received 2 documents, the first one shows the ownership of the condo (I guess it is the deed), and the second one is a little dark blue booklet (slightly larger than the passport). I was told to go to a government office to add my name in this booklet. What is the little dark blue booklet for? Where is the office to add my name to the booklet? I live in the Pathumwan area. Thanks.
Tywais
Sounds like a "tambien bahn" or house registration papers. If this is the case then just go to the local Amphur office (City hall I think) to have the book filled out.

It can be a long wait in there on a slow day. Keep the book safe. It's very important!
Firefan
I thought it should be YELLOW for foreigners? (unless condo bought via a Thai company of course).
