A Good Bangkok Doctor

Featured Replies

I was wondering if anyone with past histor could recommend a good doctor in bangkok with experiance!!!!! in testing men in their 50's for any disease, by that mean to able to run a full series of tests to determine what is healthy in the body and what is not. I am quite fit ( on the outside ) but at 51 starting to tire a little more than I use to. I am very interested in HGH but I really want to meet a good doctor and get tests prior to even thinking about comencing HGH theropy,

Cheers to all

I would suggest that you visit Bumringrad Hospital On Sukhumvit Soi 3? - not sure exactly. Opposite Soi Nana. Nana Skytrain Station. Huge multistorey place - cannot miss it.

It's not cheap but it has a very good International reputation.

As I understand it, it is well recommended inside and outside of Thailand within the medical profession. Personally I have only used it once - when I lived in BKK - all was sweet.

Cheers and thanks...I have also used Bumrungrad for lazer tat removal..all sweet as you say...I was just wondering if someone knew of a more private clinic type doctor.....

For a day to day doctor, the sort you visit for minor ailments, I've never understood why everybody seems to run off to hospitals at the sign of a sneeze, you'd be hard pushed to beat the guy at Sukhumvit 48 Phra Khanong.

Not only does he know his stuff, comparable to any GP i've had in the UK, he's also extremely cheap. Ex. Had a septic toe about a year back and to drain it, then clean and dress it once a day for 3 days, was 380 baht in total.

Location; Soi 48 is immediately on the left as you come over the bridge from On Nut. Alternatively, coming from Ekkamai, U-turn under the bridge and its on your left. There's a 7-11 on the corner of 48 and the doctor's surgery is 2 shops up from it on Sukhumvit. Look for the light blue and pastel green colour scheme.

Been using him for 8 years and have never needed a hospital. His English is also very good.

Highly recommended.
