Facebook Blocked?

Featured Replies

myself and a few friends are getting the goverment website blocked image when logging onto facebook?

click back though and it gets you back onto your account. anyone else had any problems?

No, its not facebook, this happened to me a few months ago as well, its something screwy with the ISP.

change your bookmark to www.facebook.com (no php) and it should work fine.

I would recommend that you use https, as in https://www.facebook.com - all wireless connections can be listened in to very easily and via promiscuous mode when doing a traffic log of the wireless connection in a normal apartment wifi-setup (no local encryption) everything is broadcast in cleartext for normal surfing...

To the OP. And anyone else interested.

I'm in the UK, and was trying to use facebook at a similar time to when you made your post, and it was all cocked up for me aswell. Still is actually.

How about we move this over to the Internet, computers, communication, technology forum? You will probably get better replies there.

Sorry! Very poorly worded comment on my part. :jap:

This is the second time this week my poor English skills have been commented on. I do admit, English Comp classes were my least favorite classes in college. I hated them!
