Any Recommendations For Website Designers For Commercial Use

First of all I have posted this in the past on the internet forum but I am posting on here since my business is located here and would like to find someone here on the island if possible

My list of needs for my website

1. Does not include the use of flash

2. Website can be used on iphone and other smart phones ( basically meaning content & wording is optimized correct for use with smartphones. Also able to make reservations on the phone as well

3. For the website i need quite a few pages that also include

a. comment page

b.reservation page

c. photo gallery

d. Location

e. Places to put down for trip advisor and facebook

f. and basic other pages you would put on a website to.

any good companies you can recommend would be nice.

I have used a Thai based British ex-pat for 9 years now. I build at least one website per month and he charges me a very low fixed amount. What I like about him is his 'thinking outside the box' advice - i cant be bothered to explain but the guy realy does include a few extras that I never thought of and support continues seemingly forever. I have found at least 10 new customers for him over the 9 years and people rave about him.
