Couvade Syndrome

Featured Replies

When I recently visited the pregnant wife's home town the neighbors were asking if I was experiencing any pains or morning sickness?! I was a bit surprised and told them it was the wife that was pregnant and not me and I was feeling fine. They went on to say the neighbors husband in experiencing it now as his partner is pregnant as well. He's finding it easier to sleep separately to ease the discomfort.

I've led a sheltered life I guess and never heard of this condition before, this will be our first child, but have since read about it on the net. The Thais near the wife's home have said it is quite common. So far I am symptom free.
