Pizza Start Up Kit..

Hi there i want to start making Pizzas on a small scale in Issan Surin can anyone give me some advice where to buy a cheapish oven and Pizza boxes from and is there somewhere i can buy ready made Pizza Base from Thick and Thin Base.

When i was in Pattaya a while back there was a Home Pizza Franchise, the Grill that was advetrised was a small round one like a Brevel toaster anyone know of this type of Grill.
