samtam
Does anyone know what happened to the planned Sukhothai Residences tennis court, adjacent to the fitness centre on the other side of the colonnade connecting the hotel to the residences? It looks as though it might be a carpark, but I'm not clear how it is accessed. Any tennis lover who shelled out mega bahts may be a bit disappointed. Also, does anyone know if there is a secondary sales market for foreign quota?
Raptor7
could it be two tennis courts of about 12 meters in width each?

samtam
No, I don't think so, because half of each of the instersected side has bricks with holes (paving bricks) such as you might see in a car park area. Actually another new feature not originally intended is that flats looking to the west will not now have an "uninterrupted view", (their sales blurb), as The Seed Mingle, mentioned herewill take care of that, (and of course the three years of constructionnoise that new residents will have to endure), which is another three years of construction noise for others in the vacinity. Ah progress... Edited January 8, 2011 by samtam
