Filling Out Form For Indian Visa Presenting Technical Difficulties

Featured Replies

Hello,

Maybe someone can help me with a frustrating problem. I am trying to fill out a form online for an Indian Visa. Periodically the page will jump and do what looks like a reset, but my data is still there. After doing this a few times, as I am working my way down the page, it finally wipes everything out and pops up a new page saying "System Error" with an email address. I sent a message to them, but I am not basing my chances for success on receiving a reply.

I also called the office in Bangkok (number online) and the lady that answered told me to try it again, which, of course, I did several times, with the same results.

I also tried a different computer with the same results.

I tried my DTAC Internet access (with my Nokia Bluetooth) instead of the TOT landline Internet access, again with the same results. I don't know, maybe they both Internet connection. In other words, could the Internet be cutting in and out with both access methods.

Can anyone help technically?

If I am not successful, is it possible to go to the office in Bangkok and complete an application there? I notice they say on their website that you can't do a handwritten application.

I have some time to get this resolved, but I don't have a clue where to start. I have not had this problem with any other online activity.

Thank you for any advice.
