I am in Bangkok for a few days and would like to know if any BM know's where the main SEIKO dealer is and if there is an air rifle shop in Bangkok?

Cheers for any answers.

Air rifles can be found at the very bottom of China town in a number of shops in an old 80's mall called THE OLD SIAM you'll have to pronounce it to the taxi driver deo see amm to get him to understand, or he'll take you to Siam Square. These are proper fancy gun/hunting shops.

Seiko watches can be bought at all the Shooping Mall e.g The Mall and Central. They usually have a very good range at these places. I bought mine last year at The Mall Bangkapi.

Are this real air guns for shot pellets or soft air guns? What are the prices?

In germany the prices start from 27 EUR/1.100 Baht (http://www.egun.de/market/index.php).

But are they legal in Thailand? I just mean the air rifles/pistols!!! What papers are needed for importing? How much tax they charge?

A lot of questions.

The main Seiko dealer and service centre is in New Petchburi Soi 35 opposite the Bangkok Palace Hotel. You need to get a taxi there, there is no convenient public transport. Just ask him to take you to the hotel and walk across the soi.

Would appreciate it if you would please spell out these directions a bit more - for a novice to Bangkok.

Secondly, re watches. I'd once bought an excellent, let's call it ersatz brand, watch in Pattaya. It cast me about 2000 bht 5 years ago and is still going strong. The seller said it was a 'high quality' ersatz brand with a korean mechanism. Does anyone know a reliable such seller in Bangkok?

I second that re the air rifles (thats if they are real pellet guns?).

Clearer directions or a map in English would be great.

best regards
