I have a house in Patong which i had built 4years ago there is now new builds at my back door and the contractor is using piling hammers to put the piles in the ground and as you know they cause the ground to shake which causing crack's in the plaster in my house , Before this there was not one crack in in my house so i wonder if any of you have any expertise that could point me in the right direction i am hoping i can go see the boss of the contractor and after the piles are done he will come and make good all damage to my satisfaction but this is Thailand so i am worried.

I might add when i built my house i used auger boring for the piles to avoid damage to the house next door.

All help will be appreciated

have a thai approach tessaban, and you have a conflict to handle with your new neighbor

a hotel was build next to (8 meters between) one of my houses, and their 12 meter 40x40 double piling didnt cause one crack in my house. only the sandwash had some minor cracks in driveway

What is the ground like, boggy or solid.

A better optio to hammering piles in, would be cast-in-situ concrete piles.

They excellent for most any piling needs.
