What is a ballpark price range I can expect for a 1 room, basic Koh Phangan rental with the following:

- Reliable internet access

- Air con

- Western bathroom

- Kitchenette

This is for a longer term stay (more than a month). I'd like to be close to the Haad Rinn Area

as long as you aint to fussy on the western bathroom, probably about 10K a month....

Haad Rin no house for rent, only rooms and some bungalows.

In the rest of the island you can find nice houses starting from 5000 (no aircon) to 10.000 Baht and more (location, size, etc). Most have WIFI, kitchenette, tv, fans or AC
