Lampang

Does any farangs live in lampang on this forum. Im living here since 4 years. Its very rare to see farangs here except for 1or2 bagbackers once a year, or the drunk englishteacher working on holiday.

I dont know any farang in Lampang, I am in Chiang Rai.

I do like to visit there, look at the pottery shops or factories,take a jaunt through the city on the fine pony and traps.

It seems to be a nice city but not a place for too many farang.

Where do you come from?

I know a septic living in Lampang.

Very nice guy, has thai wife and family.

He is a horticultural expert in palm trees

Used to be a guy who owned a tile making company in the town itself - don't know if its still there.

I know what you mean though, I have some land there and visit from time to time to check on it (oh, Grandma lives there too, so check on her also ). Land is outside the town as is Grandma, but travel in to buy stuff more the old dear. Good bargains to be had as they don't seem to mastered the rip-off-the-farang thing yet. Nice place, please don't advertise it too much!
