Thanks.

The marriage is registered in Bangkok. The wife has a child from a previous marriage. She also changed her name already to her falang husbands name.

Is there any SPECIAL PAPER needed beside passeport, marriage certificate, work permit, house registration, health certificate etc? The embassy don't know, if any special documents are required.

W.C.

Would really think your Embassy would be able to answer that but I would try the MFA for guidance in English. Your wife can probably obtain information from her district office but highly suspect the father will have to sign off on it. Perhaps someone who has gone through the process will read and be able to help but if not check MFA and District Office.
