Did anyone see Mick Jagger at the Grammy's? Here is someone well into his 60's. Yet his physique and gyrating is like someone in their teens. How does he do it?

Any tips to be as fit as he appears to be? Or is he cheating with medications etc?

About 15 years ago, Mick Jagger started cleaning up his lifestyle. He reportedly eats a low-fat diet, drinks very little alcohol, runs 12 km a day, weight trains, kick-boxes, swims and does yoga and ballet.. He apparently discovered that diet and exercise are the closest thing to finding the fountain of youth. Money helps his health program also as he travels with his own personal fitness trainer, dietician, and chef . It might even be more interesting to find out Keith Richard's secret of how he has managed to even stay alive despite his lifestyle.:D Ya gotta love the Stones!
