Null Vote In Polls

Do the polls have to be configured so that just looking at them constitutes a "null vote?" Several times I took a look at the poll results first and then found I wanted to vote, but couldn't.

It has always been that way, my best guess is to make sure the poll results are not biased.

I have done the same thing several time camerata and it is annoying, but on those times I wonder how I would have voted if I had seen to results first.

Some instances it would be good to preview, like a poll for dates of a pissup etc.
