My wife and I both have retirement visas expiring next month so just checking paperwork.

My wife follows me as she is under 50.

Do we use the Tm7 or TM47 forms...bit confusing ?

Copies of Marraige certificate...They accepted copies last time but we took the original.

Copies of lease....

Bank letter and copy for wife...

Copies of relevent pasport pages..

The money...

Have I missed anything ???

The Jomtien Immigration are pretty good but want to do it right.

Thanks in advance

The extension of stay is TM 7, the TM 47 form is used to report your stay every 90 days (if you stay longer than 90 days at a time). It is a separate requirement.

Copy arrival card

passport size photo

only you have to show the money in the bank

next to bank letter you will also need an updated bank book and copy thereof.

TM7 - the TM47 is for 90 day address reports.

Always take original but give copies.

Why would wife need bank letter? As your dependent you are the one that financials are required for. Unless it is a requirement of that specific office for some reason. Under age 50 she can not receive a retirement extension of stay so not sure what purpose it would serve.

Be sure to use new photos.

In my area everything required for me, a copy is required for the wife even the embassey financial letter and yes the wife was given a extension of stay and the orginal OA and she was only 47 at the time.

How did your wife get an "O-A" so called retirement visa being only 47 years old?
