Alien Spotted In Chiang Rai

Apparently the Thai news reported that an Alien (like the kind that come in UFO's) not the Burmese variety, was spotted in Mae Chan district Chiang Rai. It was reported to police and scientists who claim that this same alien had visited Thailand on a previous occassion. It even has a name. Has anyone heard of this? Where can I read more? My GF is from Mae Chan. Maybe it was coming to take her home.
