Today we took the dogs up to nakon nayok to some waterfall. I was amazed how far the dogs could go (with some support from the leash if it was to high). They seem to like it though they had to be encouraged to go in the water but once in and they found a spot on the rock to cling on to they liked being in the stream.

It was fun and well worth it.

If and when I ever retire fully in Thailand, Nakhon Nayok will be where I build. Fabulous location and yet still close enough to BKK :)

I must say it was a great place easy to go to by car. The dogs were ok in the car for one of the dogs was it one of his first car trips. The only problem was he kept trying to get in the front seat.

One thing be carefull Nakon Nayok has a lot more rain then BKK. I went there and it rained a lot. Gf has lived there in the past loads more rain.

Bangkaews have a reputation for loving swimming.

Yes they do but they still had to be "encouraged" But once in the water they did like it a lot. The male dog still is a bit afraid of water. Not really the water itself but the movements of things in the water. He just does not know what they are.

I will certainly bring them there again.
