Upgrading My Condo

Featured Replies

I recently bought my condo in BKK and want to upgrade it a little. Mainly, I want to put in a new sink in the bathroom and take out the bathtub and put in a flat shower base that is almost floor level.

Has any fellow condo owners here done anything such as this? I know every condo will have their own rules but I just thought I would get some opinions about it.

Also, does anybody know some good locations in BKK to buy these things I want such as bathroom sinks and shower floors? I have seen them inside the malls but they want too much money. Anybody have good info on where to go in BKK for this?

RE home pro

They have some very nice sanitaryware at about half the price or less that it would be in the U.K.

Also the staff are very well trained and can give you the help choosing and the installation of the stuff you buy.

I do not work for Home Pro honest.

Here in Bangkok there are three or four large tile/bath places on the North bound side of Ratchada (after second underpass). These are where most contractors buy.

you own it - you can do what you like.

As long as it doesnt affect the joining Condo of course!
