Klaasvaak
That's a question nobody can't answer for you. But, Japan and Phuket are more then thousands of kilometers distance from each other. I'm going to phuket this summer and are not scared at all. Ulysses G.
I'm not sure how wise it is after reading this forum, but it is safe.
petercallen
You never know the sky might fall down and squash you Or the plane might crash or you might be involved in a motor accident
Jdietz
Thailand has been totally unaffected by the earthquake, tsunami or Japanese nuclear reactor incidents. Come over and have a blast
Somtamnication
We are experiencing one of the coldest seasons on record. The fruits are nowhere to be found, all being sent to Japan. The women are butt ugly. The sun is cold. Better stay where you are. Let us, who are here, suffer in utter silence and dismay and awe.

macahoom
I smell a troll... "diz coming May" diz - just too corny and cute. coming - the use of this word in this context is too sophisticated compared to the rest of the syntax in the post. May - uppercase M is out of sync with the rest of his/her post. Or maybe I've got too much time on my hands!

Old Croc
Malaysia was hit by the same tsunami as Phuket in 2004. Are you sure you are safe there?
