Pattaya donates to Japanese Earthquake and Tsunami appeal

PATTAYA: -- The people of Pattaya have “dug deep” and donated thousands of Baht to the victims of the Japanese Earthquake and Tsunami. Pattaya City Hall seized the opportunity to place collection boxes at each of the stages at this weekends Pattaya Music Festival and on Monday Morning they began to count the money under the watchful eye of Khun Wootisuk, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya

166.000 Baht from the whole of Pattaya.

I'm sorry but they should be a little bit ashamed.

Off-course it is nice that they did something for Japan but with only166.000 Baht for the whole of Pattaya it is not something to brag about it.

Our club in club in Phuket alone raised already 280.000 Baht for Japan.
