Just wondering. If you opened up a new school (lets say a playgroup), within 500 metres of a massage joint, would the parlour have to shut down, or the school not be allowed to open?

Of course they would have to shut down the massage parlor.....it doesn't matter how rich or well connected the owner is because in Thailand education comes first......it is easy to see how important education is in Thailand by simply noting how discriminating the voters are....and how quickly they master the English language.....and their expertise in IT like the use of cell phones and dvd players.
