I was always taught that everyone was equal, that doesn't seem to be the case in teh UK, once again..

This ridiculousness is American influenced, surprise surprise..

It seems that even if you are good enough & the right Man for the Job, you could be overlooked in favour of a less Qualified Guy, just because of the colour of his Skin..

How dreadfully contradictory is that ??

Black British managerial hopefuls should be interviewed for vacant posts as of right to tackle discrimination in football, according to Gordon Taylor.

The Professional Footballers' Association chief said he would back the introduction of a new regulation modelled on the NFL's 'Rooney Rule'.

Under this rule, teams must interview minority candidates for senior posts.

Can anyone tell me what the bald equivalent to racial discrimination is ? because i think iv'e been subjected to it many times :o, many times iv'e been turned down for a job, must be because i'm bald, nothing to do with me not being good enough of course :( .

Anyway lets hope they bring out the same rule/law for bald people so if i get turned down for the England job i can blame it on being bald and knowing England as it is today perhaps even claim compensation .

One final point, you can get knicked for calling someone a black ****, can you get knicked for calling someone a bald ****, i don't think so, what is the difference ;), i want the same equality for bald people

I had a black friend who was praying that Obama wouldn't win the election to be president. When I asked him why not as I thought that was a good thing for black people he explained that if Obama won then black people could never play the victim / underdog any longer as if a black man can become the President of the USA then there was no excuse left for the rest of them. he had made a career out of playing the race card at each and every opportunity and now had no excuse left.

Under Labour equality actually meant the exact opposite.
