Looking For House/Hotel In Lamai

Hi

I was living in Hua Thanon until two days ago but our house got completely flooded and still has no electric or power. I have checked into a hotel for a couple of nights but am wondering if anyone knows of anywhere for rent - can be a private bungalow rental, guesthouse or hotel that is around 10,000 baht a month. I don't ride a bike so it ideally needs to be close to Lamai Beach Road or on a songthaew route with easy access into Lamai. I'm not too fussed about a TV or aircon but wi-fi internet is a must. If anyone knows of anywhere please let me know either by private message or on this thread.

Been there but it's too small for a long term rental... it is an option though if we cannot find anywhere this week. Thanks for your suggestion
