Big Rocks, Boulders

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where I can find some large rocks, boulders (1 meter diameter+) to build my waterfall for my swimming pool and for hardscaping ?

A quarry is the best place, unfortunately I won't be able to tell you where there is one near you unless you live in Khao Lak! Youd probably find one on some dusty road and it will be filled piles of stones, rocks, sand and the like...

i asked a couple of places up there about rocks and they prices seemed very high. the places i talked to sell by the rock, not by the truck load and were asking about 300 baht per cubic foot ish. so a rock about 50x50x50 cm was about 1500 baht which seems expensive to me.

i was hoping to get a whole 10 wheel truck full (about 10 cubic meters) for about 10,000 baht.

i wonder if the best to look is somewhere like phang-na? lots of rock over there and no farangs to jack up the prices.

any ideas where to buy in bulk anyone?
