Who has a good legal to set up Thai Company for Home Purchase - Pattaya
What are the exceptions...? Can rent a little room/shop and make it a bar/cafe/eatery/massage shop etc. to say have a business...? Or even sublet it to someone else, would that make the company legal to own land..? What if own two or more land plots/houses..., would that make it like real estate company - although to be genuine they want to see some buying and selling I guess ...! -

Motorcyclist Chases Down Foreign Hit-and-Run Driver in Phuket
Look at the photo's above... This actually looks like a dedicated motorcycle lane rather than a 'shoulder'... Cars are also using this narrower lane. It seems to be somewhat of a free-for all. So.. I'm not convinced that its actually illegal to ride a motorcycle on this part of the road in at this location. It actually appears to me as though local authorities have applied their own idea of what a road should be and added this lane for some misguided safety of motorcyclists. -

Stupid answer!!! Driving on the hard shoulder is against Thai law. Overtaking on the hard shoulder is even more so. There are Thais & some Farangs who do this, but the consequences are accidents that are their own fault. We Farangs don't have to accept this and drive just as stupidly. Both Farangs/Thais broke the traffic rules and should be held accountable. -

I know Alex Soros was born in New York. It was meant to be a tongue in cheek commentary on billionaire influence in politics. It’s no different on either side of the political aisle. I don’t vote myself because I don’t believe in choosing “the lesser of two evils”. I do know one thing, however….leftists such as yourself are entirely dishonest. And…fyi…the proper term is “couldn’t care less”- 1
